This project designer use diverse Chinese allusions metaphor Chinese food culture and try to make costumers come to understand the importance of culture continuity. Passing the entrance, a running waterfall down from the ceiling, the circular tubes with hand drawing like the subtle gradation of clouds develop in parallel. The stage effect lights project the name of restaurant onto circular tube curtains. The contrast of light and shade create the view of wreathed mist, establishing the scenic theme and conception.

Mr. Fang entered his design career more than 20 years ago after he received three different degrees in theater design, lighting design and interior design. He is probably the only Taiwanese designer who possesses degrees in these three fields. His works are quite extensively ranging from installation art, interior design, theater design, and branding consultation. In 2015, he won an IF design award in the interior design category and package design.
