The Cat and Mouse bar had the opportunity to be new and modern design, made in the old ex-quarter of the craftsmen in the city of Plovdiv. The main design concept can be called 'urban archaeology' and its idea was to bring to life the memory of the place by exploring and using the old finishes of walls and floors, integrating the existing historical layers into a modern-looking space. The design tried to make a bridge to the traditional crafts based in the district during the years and to be an interesting space in the process of the second ‘revival’ of this district.

The company is oriented in distributing only an original local Bulgarian crafted beers together with number of international famous or not that much craft beers. In the same time the bar is place for meetings and discussions every month in the core of the quarter and all the people can freely express their opinion about themes connected with the quarter and the city. Also a place where different workshops take place such as production of crafted homemade beer and place to taste an organic local food made in traditional old style way.
