"Vento" is a contemporary concept that has been designed with a minimalist approach. This seating system is meticulously created by Vir Karamchandani. The design is futuristic but also perfectly realizable. It features a comfortable seat and back with a micro-grooved pattern, which acts as the primary design element. This pattern also emphasises the compound curves, thereby enhancing cognitive ergonomics. The semi-flexible structure is topple-proof, modular and one-of-a-kind. Overall, it adds a sculptural value to the space while looking inviting.

Vir Karamchandani is one of those young and talented designers to watch out for. He is innovative, pragmatic and meticulous. His work proves his ability to think differently and act with precision. He benefits from prior work experience and a multi-cultural background. Vir, is currently a Product Design Student at Domus Academy. He will graduate with a Masters Degree by mid December, 2015.

Vir Karamchandani is a young and talented Designer, who is originally from Mumbai, India but now resides in Milan, Italy. He is constantly inspired by visions of the future and strives to take design to the next level. His passion for design goes beyond 9 to 5. He does not believe in limiting himself and excels in several disciplines, including furniture, performance footwear, lighting, accessories, branding and communication design.
