Exchange is a dining table designed by Tanner Svoboda to promote interaction between the users so that they can gain the benefits associated with having communal meals. He designed the table with carefully placed cutouts to give the users a subtle sense of being brought together, which also increases eye contact as well as promotes sharing to create interaction.

Tanner Svoboda is a graduate furniture design student at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He strives to design and produce pieces that benefit the user and adapt to the natural evolution of design. He approaches design though a user driven and purposeful mind set.

Noal Furniture is a company Tanner Svoboda hopes to start once he has completed his MFA in furniture design at Savannah College of Art and Design.
