This project, consisting of six identical detached houses located in Bnaider Kuwait . The design of this project consist of three phases, the first phase contains of two homes were completed in 2010 and they are 700 square meter the rest of the phases upon the client request. The interiors are sleek and contemporary and staying true to the modern home design. All the houses consist of living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom in the ground floor and two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room in the first floor. All the lighting elements are custom made design.

My name is Fahad AlHumaidi and I am an accomplished architect with over a decade of experience in the field. I began my career in 2008 and have since managed the design and construction of several well-known buildings in Kuwait, including the 5 stars hotels. Additionally, I have overseen the construction of numerous cinemas for popular chain. Through my work, I have gained a reputation for delivering high-quality projects. I am passionate about design and am always seeking new and innovative ways to create beautiful, functional spaces. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new architecture and design trends and am dedicated to continuing my professional development."
