From the site Malaysians could create accounts by connecting to Facebook and start an ‘Exercise Diary’ where a record of physical activity can be logged and achievements shared. The website also gives ‘Health Tips’ ranging from the work out of the day, to how to start an active lifestyle and gives knowledge on the benefits of exercise.
