The distinctive feature of this project is that it creates a multi-layered plaza space while utilizing the existing pedestrian space. The exterior design of the office area above the lower public area is multi-layered, providing a comfortable working environment. The hotel on the upper floors has become a city landmark, taking advantage of Yokohama's seaside location.
