This project's aim is to transform the dim and restricted 1st floor of a 40 year old family residence into a cozy common area. The owners are a mother in her 60s and her son. Their love for gatherings and nature is incorporated into the design. The designer carefully plans out the lighting for the mother's eye health, and special metal grab bars at the foyer for accessibility. Only non-toxic and eco materials are used in this project, putting the family's well being upfront in the design.
Our goal is to craft warm and inviting spaces that foster comfort and togetherness while ensuring that each individual has a personal retreat to call their own. We strive to strike a balance between shared living areas that encourage connection and private spaces that offer solitude and relaxation, creating a harmonious environment tailored to the needs of every occupant.
