Our story began in Finland in 2000, and today, we are a team of over 750 designers, developers, and strategists worldwide. We have offices in six countries across Europe, North America, and Asia, with our headquarters located in Helsinki. My journey in design has been a diverse and enriching one, spanning across industries and mediums, from digital product design to vehicle and industrial design. This eclectic background has given me a unique perspective, allowing me to approach each project with a holistic and user-centric mindset. I started my design career by diving deep into digital product design, where I quickly learned the importance of understanding the user’s needs and pain points. This foundation has been the bedrock of my approach, driving me to create solutions that not only meet user expectations but exceed them. My work with global brands like Heineken, Lynk & Co, and Etihad Airways allowed me to refine my skills in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, crafting intuitive interfaces that are both functional and visually compelling. One of my most rewarding experiences was leading the design of Cathay Pacific’s Inflight Entertainment (IFE) system, where I was able to redefine passenger interaction and engagement on a massive scale. This project earned me a Red Dot Award, a testament to my commitment to pushing the boundaries of design. Beyond the accolades, what I cherish most is knowing that my work is actively used by hundreds of thousands of people, enhancing their travel experiences every day. My passion for design extends beyond digital interfaces into the world of 3D and industrial design. With the "Vision K" project, I ventured into the realms of vehicle design, where I explored the convergence of form, function, and technology. From sketching the sleek exterior to crafting an ergonomic and intuitive dashboard, Vision K represents my drive to innovate and challenge conventional design norms. The project allowed me to dive into various disciplines, from advanced 3D rendering to video production, ensuring that every detail of the design was meticulously crafted. What fuels my creativity is the belief that design is not just about aesthetics but about creating meaningful experiences that resonate with people. Whether it’s through the seamless integration of a vehicle’s HMI or the intuitive layout of a dashboard, I strive to create designs that make a difference in how people interact with the world around them. My approach is always user-centric, blending empathy with innovation to deliver solutions that are as practical as they are beautiful.
