Jiangsu Shuanggou Distillery Co., Ltd is located in Shuanggou Town, a thousand-year old town surrounded by Huaihe River and Hongze Lake. In 1977, the fossil of Anthropocene unearthed in Xiacaowan near Shuanggou was named as the fossil of Drunken ape after being authenticated by experts from the Institute of Paleontology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
