In this project, the designer captures the homeowner's unique essence by creating a natural sense of belonging. The light gray base connects spaces with recessed walls and rounded corners, ensuring smooth flow and harmony. Storage cabinets are designed with the residents' habits in mind, and bright lighting balances natural and artificial light. The layout promotes family unity, with the bar area extending from the kitchen, offering a wider view for social interaction and fostering moments of togetherness.
The project maximizes ventilation and lighting with minimal partitions and large floor-to-ceiling windows. In this way, lighting and air conditioning power consumption can be reduced, thus achieving energy saving and carbon reduction. In terms of materials, the designer adopts certified green building materials. They are reused, recycled, reduced, and low-polluting and they fulfill the concept of sustainable development.
