Lighting is strategically placed to highlight the textures and form of the space without overwhelming it. This design approach allows the history of the structure to stand at the forefront, providing a serene backdrop for modern living.

Nima Keivani is an award-winning professional Iranian architect, who has found his own architectural firm,” Keivani Architects”, with his brother, Sina Keivani, Since 2009. After publishing their projects worldwide, their practice received international attention in architectural magazines, books, and websites. He was also the lecturer in different workshops and masterclasses in Europe and the Middle East and Asia universities and architecture associates.

Keivani Archietcts was founded in 2009 by two architect brothers, Nima Keivani and Sina Keivani. The projects of this office have been in different spectrums of architecture, including residential, commercial and accommodation buildings, as well as the restoration of ancient works. So far, they have designed and implemented several architecture and interior design projects in Europe and Middle East. On the other hand, they have also won several prestigious international awards for architecture and interior design and product design, and they have been key speakers in Academic lectures and organized educational workshops in European universities and architectural societies. Their works have been published in many famous magazines and books worldwide architecture (Europe, America and Asia) such as: Dezeen, Wallpaper, Domus, Guardian, Architecture review, Touch Décor, Architecture Record, Detail and Etc. They have been members of the jury panel of several international architecture and interior design competitions and awards in Europe and The United States. Also their designs have been exhibited in many cities such as Tokyo- Japan, Como-Italy, Berlin-Germany, Bangalore and Delhi-India, Shenzhen- China and Paris- France.
