Hosein Ebrahimzade 16 The Moment Residential
16 The Moment Residential is Iron Design Award winner in 2023 - 2024 Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award Category.
16 The Moment Residential

The architect had a special offer from a client who came to entrust the team with the design and execution of a building for himself and his four children in five independent units. There was no doubt. Part of the attraction of this project was the team knew the urban infrastructures of that area and municipal rules allow the construction of more floors than the client intended. In early Iranian apartment living in Tehran's modernist era, uniform unit plans are avoided, enriching this family-centric project with unique qualities and value.
