Hong Kong Cingleot Investment Management Limited (herein referred to as Cingleot) is jointly established by Cainiao Group (the logistics arm of Alibaba Group), China National Aviation Corporation (CNAC), and YTO Express in 2018. It is responsible for the construction and operation of the smart logistics center – CaiNiao Smart Gateway, located in the Hong Kong International Airport. With its prime location and advanced logistics technology, it is a world-class premium warehousing facility in Asia that connects the Greater Bay Area to the rest of the world. CaiNiao Smart Gateway spans 12 floors and covers a total area of 4,100,000 square feet, making it one of the top three largest logistics centers in Hong Kong. It offers a range of logistics services, including space leasing, Smart Park, and automated storage and retrieval system, as part of its smart logistics initiative. These holistic services make it a one-stop-shop for large scale logistics operators.
