Roots is a restaurant that's located on the open terrace of a building on the iconic Chowringee Lane in Kolkata. Instead of striving for the latest and most groundbreaking experiences, Roots places a significant focus on the basics. The terrace provides a stunning view of the city's most famous landmark, the Victoria Memorial. The design of the restaurant prioritizes this view, making it visible from every angle of the space. To achieve this, a Glass vault has been incorporated into the design.
