Photosynthetic City is a project designed to alleviate the burden of fossil energy on the environment. The photosynthetic city consists of two parts. The first part is the solar utility installed on the roof part. The second part is the biomass power generation device, which uses the plant waste planted on the side of the building to provide fuel for the CHP steam turbine power generation device to generate electricity. In this way, the impact on the environment is reduced, and a large number of plantings are also beneficial to the environment.

Luxun Academy of Fine Arts was founded in 1938, was founded in Yanan, Shaanxi Lu Xun Art Institute, in 1938 by Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and other older generation leaders personally initiated the creation. In 1945, the College moved to the northeast and developed into Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1958.
