Tara Derakhshanfar Parla Multifunctional Lamp
Parla Multifunctional Lamp is Iron Design Award winner in 2022 - 2023 Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award Category.
Parla Multifunctional Lamp

Parla is a multi purpose lamp designed to indirectly encourage users to save energy because with this lamp, there is no need for any other light during the night. This lamp consists of two parts: the upper part and the lamp base. The battery of the upper part is charged when placed on the lamp base. Its ergonomic handles have made it easy for users to hold it with their hands and take it anywhere they want. By adjusting the height of the base and the intensity of the light, you can use it either as a study lamp or as a sleeping lamp.

Tara Derakhshanfar

Since when she was just a kid, Tara was very interested in designing while not knowing what designing meant. And now she is majoring in the field of industrial design and is working in the fields of product, furniture, and jewelry design. She is a true lover of nature and in most of her designs and ideas, she is inspired by nature. She is also a hardcore protector of the environment, and she believes that we should take care of nature as if it is a child. Tara considers nature unique and perfect and believes that there are no defects in the ecosystem, and everything is organized and planned. She also considers the consumers benefits when designing and she always puts their needs first. Social and cultural values are just as important to her as she likes to evoke forgotten emotions in consumers.
