The Lagonaki Mountain Eco Resort is situated in a truly unique environment with incredible landscapes, so the development is designed to ensure the preservation of natural diversity. The concept inspired by the mix of gorgeous nature and rich culture of the Adyghes provides for the construction of hotels, a cable car station and related public infrastructure facilities within a compact area characterized by challenging landscape and rocky hills, as well as surrounded by relict trees.

The RTDA architectural bureau (ex. BRT RUS) was founded in 2004 as a joint venture established by INTECO Group and the German architectural bureau BRT Architekten to develop residential and commercial real estate projects.
