The new extension combines distillery, shop and tasting bar in one place. The industrial design ambience is complemented by various traditional materials such as copper, steel, wood, glass and stone. These traditional materials reflect the distillery's craftsmanship and create a calm atmosphere. The central element is a bar table illuminated by a lamp made from distillery bottles. Opposite it is a bar element made of raw steel with a copper surface. The interior is complemented by a glass lift to the cellar.

The Kohler distillery is a family business that stands out for its high quality, ecological sustainability and traditional production. The grapes for the wines and the fruits for the distillates come from their own vineyards and from over 400 trees. The wines are produced by the family itself and the distillates are made in their own distillery. The natural ingredients and traditional craftsmanship create exquisite and authentic products. The distillery is proud of its products, which mirror the tastes of the region.
