The core of the project is pet-friendly and light-colored modern style. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are in the open plan public area with ample lighting to expand the horizon. The large tiles reduce the dividing line of the flooring and increase the visual extension effect. The pure white color with natural texture corresponds to the natural lighting outside the window and echoes with the marble on the TV wall and the wood grain on the wall of the restaurant. The marble on the TV wall is divided by straight lines, while the wood grain on the restaurant wall is dyed gray.
The project maximizes ventilation and lighting with minimal partitions and large floor-to-ceiling windows. In this way, lighting and air conditioning power consumption can be reduced, thus achieving energy saving and carbon reduction. In terms of materials, the designer adopts certified green building materials. They are reused, recycled, reduced, and low-polluting and they fulfill the concept of sustainable development.
