Relax was created for a private client that wanted to achieve complete relaxation, a breathing space away from distressing everyday life. While the effort was placed on the function of the furniture, it would at the same time serve as an interior detail, therefore prominent emphasis was placed on stylistic properties. The chaise lounge was designed into a multifunctional piece of furniture with built-in book storage and spacious side tables all merged as one unit. Light details were contrasted with heavy and colors were combined to meet an atmosphere of complete tranquility.

My focus is to, in close dialogue with the customer, meet their needs and wishes with the goal of exceeding their expectations. I am always testing new shapes and material choices to create something unique from a design point of view while testing new ways to combine this with high functionality and pioneering solutions.
