This project redefines the morphology of a residential building with two bevels on both sides to improve the quality of life and prevent the repetition of similar and neighboring buildings. Tried to create a dynamic view by cutting parts of the bevels and creating full and empty spaces in the play of light and shadow and despite similar plans, define an independent identity for the units and the building by creating a different view and perspective, and transform the elevation to in between space, to form different narratives of the flow of life inside the building.

Maand Architects started it’s activities in 2007. Then on 2013, the group established Maand Architects in order to improve quality of architectural spaces. Over these years we’ve accomplished residential, office, commercial, renovation and multi-use projects on large scales and furniture design projects as well. Maand Architects team including architects with different background in architecture and visual arts, puts effort on redefining contemporary architecture and connecting it to modern architecture paradigms. According to basic researches ,done on primary phases of projects, we always try to keep on the path of client’s needs.
