The designers transform the different functions into the space through renovation and maximize the sharing among the residents so that the traditional community can redistribute vitality. The house is surrounded by big trees and retains the original ecology. The traditional Hutong low-cost environmental protection materials are selected to reduce the impact on the original structure and save cost and energy.

Founded in 2017, Easy Arch, initiated by four young architects, is committed to the renewal of old properties in the urban core area, hoping to revitalize the city. Joy Beans Cafe is open in the community called Hutong Neighborhood Complex which is "urban micro renewal" and regain the Hutong Culture. All the founders are architects. The store changes the way people get along with each other and make the living environment more comfortable and full of love. No matter how small the area is, it can also become a connection between people, making urban life more tender and comfortable.
