The Using Stuff project reconstructed the movie poster using various types of objects. Artworks are inspired by the original form and function of the object as well as the signature of each movie. The objects used were made with easy to find items anytime, anywhere. The project's theme covers societal issues that are currently in question (Russian-Ukraine war, Covid-19, etc.). It is designed to be easily accessible to viewers by associating themes with famous films such as James Bond. Each work is made up of vivid colors and simple backgrounds, allowing viewers to focus more on the subject.
hello, I am a Juyoung and design Director. I work to branding, contents marketing. What matters to me is storytelling. The story is powerful, making even the smallest things meaningful. Factors that were indifferent also make people remember. In doing so, it gives users a fresh perspective and fun experience.
'JIMMYnYOM' is a brand created by designer 'JuYoung Hwang' to find fun in the world and tell stories to people. His projects are always simple and repeatable, but he seeks memorable and imaginative content. All of the artworks are intuitive and make them wonder what the next story will be like. This guy wants his artwork to be enjoyed by people and wants it to be developed for the better through the process.
