The Taikan restaurant proposes a practical, modern, and welcoming Japanese gastronomy experience, in 350 square meters with lighting and coating elements that refer to a cosmopolitan Japan. The interior design project was inspired by the architecture of Japanese wooden houses as well as some elements of Japanese pop culture. In this case, we use some unconventional materials, such as the same prefabricated coating on the floor, ceiling and walls, which ensured speed in the work, cost reduction and a strong visual impact.

Taikan is a self-service Japanese style restaurant, with some preparations made to order by a sushiman. The space's proposal is to offer high quality Japanese food in a more casual way, in a more modern and daring environment than what is usually seen in competitors in the city. Today Taikan is a reference in the city and already has 4 restaurants in Brasília, capital of Brazil, all of them designed by us.
