Rozna is the only fine-dining Omani restaurant in Oman that is modelled like an ancient fort. Omanis are known across the ME for their hospitality and are proud of their history and heritage. The service in Rozna amply reflects this tradition. Women waiters are dressed in the Omani costume of long tunic and loose trousers, and men in dishdasha with appropriate headgears.
Suliman Al Kindi, General Manager at Rozna Oman. A graduate of the fiftieth history subject entered the world of cooking after a passion for a long time. He loves development at the same time. He maintains the ancient character. Cooking has an art and is linked to the place and believes that every place has its own taste and dishes.
Rozna is the only fine-dining Omani restaurant in Oman that is modelled like an ancient fort. From the exterior it looks like a fort and inside, with a spacious central courtyard, it is reminiscent of a castle. The bright and airy centre courtyard is the main open dining area that can accommodate more than 100 guests at a time. There is also a seating deck in the upper floor jutting into the main dining area, offering a balcony-view.
