Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are. The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.

As an architect, Cheng Feng focuses on the design of real estate buildings and creates greater economic effects for developers through professional design methods. It is considered that both practicability and aesthetics should be taken into architecture intermundium.
