Bamboo Branch Academy is created by remodeling two old houses in southern Sichuan. It's separated into two parts based on the integration of functions of music workshop, academy, and meditation. The further house is serene and properly protected. It is renovated into an academy for meditation. The closer one is noisy and severely damaged then rebuilt it into a music workshop. The two parts are connected by a corridor to create an image of surrounding the house and a outdoor space to add vitality.
