Located in a historical relic preservation area, the building has a history of 150 years. Adhering to the concept of protecting and reusing the historical buildings, this project transforms it into a multi-functional composite cultural space that can accommodate different scenes, including a cultural art gallery, and tea house for the community. Awakening the long-term dormant state of this historical building, it has become an open public space integrated into the urban context and reconnecting the community.

The office is located in Dongshan Xinhepu, a well-known historical and cultural area of Guangzhou. It retains the century-old villas of the Republic of China, which is different from the large-scale complex in the city. Here you can feel the warm red brick and the comfortable climate of the south Green. We take root in Lingnan and cultivate deeply in the Greater Bay Area.
