This project is located in Shanghai, China. The interior space is designed in a colonial style.The colors are contrasted with black and white. The materials, such as terrazzo cut into small bricks, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural style, show oriental flavor and colonialism. Besides，the space is modern and minimal. And then, the details of space also adopt minimalist processing methods, such as the concealed door and the socket panel, which satisfies the function while not destroying the overall atmosphere of the space.

In 2000, Andy graduated from The Hong Kong polytechnic University with first honors Degree in BA(Hons) Interior Design. His work has been selected by International Frniture Competition "THE CHIC CHIONIS - DESGIN 21" and exhibited in Paris by UNESCO in 2000. And then he started his career at Hong Kong and Singapore. He joined the concord Group in 2004 as Design Manager and leaded a team of professionals in Shanghai. In 2007, he set up the Issi Design Ltd. Issi won a lot of international awards and honors, such as the Gold key Award of New York. In 2015, Issi became the one of Asian design company which recommended by Rrec and its works were exhibited in Saatchi Gallery, London.

‘ISSI DESIGN LTD.’ is an energetic and worldview interior design company which is established by Andy Leung in 2007, based in Hong Kong and branch office in Shanghai and Chengdu. ISSI expertise on interiors of high-end hospitality projects and real estate developments, meanwhile which is effort to expand the design vision on various natures. Over the years, ISSI won a lot of international awards and honors, which have been reported and recommended by the media and professional of the world. The projects have extended over 100 cities around the world. On the same time, ISSI also pay attention to the field of eco design.
