Feiyang had a passion for all the dark things. The night creatures; the witches and the forest. She found them mysterious and incredibly inspiring. This collection was inspired by a series of dark fairytales. Feiyang wrote her own stories then created weird, enchanting characters. She designed garments that fit the protagonists' characteristic. Instead of thinking of possible garment shapes first, Feiyang derived lines, forms and texture from nature, like butterfly wings or tree barks, arrange them in various ways until certain forms grow naturally out, which can be applied to the human body.

As an artist who is obsessed with the imagination of utopian and dystopian futures, Feiyang wish to start from the stage of escaping from the reality world, with a reinforced sense of our own body. Navigating through this highly commercial chaotic world, Feiyang want to come back to the basic state of being a human. Thanks to her hobby of creative writing, she often have endless stories in my mind, and many of her designs begin to be based on them.
