JASON MIZRAHI Symphony Chair
Symphony Chair is Bronze Design Award winner in 2020 - 2021 Furniture Design Award Category.
Symphony Chair

The linear and curved forms of the Symphony chair animate the design. The curves are defined by the undulating frame and continue to the base where it eventually folds at an angle to bring the movement to rest. The base positions the piece firmly in place to pay respect to its function. The padded seat on the chair can be upholstered in fabric or leather.

Jason Mizrahi is a designer of contemporary furniture, based in Los Angeles, California. Blurring the line between furniture and sculpture, Jason's designs are compositions in minimal and fluid forms, defined by proportion, and unrestrained by convention. His exploration of new manufacturing techniques pushes the limits of materials to form unexpected shapes. Jason has a degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute in New York. His designs have been exhibited in Salone del Milano, Italy (SaloneSatellite 2014); Maison&Objet, Miami (2015); Westedge Design Fair, Los Angeles (2015, 2017, 2018); Architectural Digest Design Show, New York (2017); and London Design Fair (2019).

Jason Mizrahi Designs

Jason Mizrahi Designs was founded in Los Angeles by Jason Mizrahi after earning a degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute in New York. Jason Mizrahi had won a spade of awards for his innovative creations that blur the line between furniture and sculptural art. Materials are pushed to their limits to create one-of-a-kind statement pieces with unexpected shapes. Each design is a balance of elements that are heavily rooted in minimalist design and architecture to create an aesthetic vision of contemporary lines with a classic feel. The studio is based in Los Angeles and all designs are fabricated in Southern California to promote and support the American manufacturing industry.
