'Beyond’ is a hand mirror inspired by a wing mirror on a car. Like the wing mirror which helps the driver to see areas beyond the driver’s peripheral vision, it takes people to look at their own beauty inside beyond their appearance. The natural warmth and lightweight of ashwood in a generous volume shape gives a gentle feeling when they are in hand. It is also nice to see it turned over on the table.

Dajeong Jang is a designer born in 1995 in Ilsan, South Korea. She graduated in Industrial Design from Hongik University in 2020.
