Botchan Ressha Packaging

A collaborative chocolate between a locomotive with more than 130 years of history and an up-and-coming, well acclaimed chocolatier. The trains are drawn with respect for railroad fans and its history, based on photographs of the actual trains taken by the designers themselves. The chocolate has a playful design to it that expresses the route on which the train runs as a maze. The deep green symbolizes the trade color of the train and the color of matcha chocolate. By consuming it while enjoying the maze, they can visit the route and background of the areas and cultures where the train runs.

Miltos

Miltos proposes a Tree to Bar chocolate which goes one step further from Bean to Bar.Kenji Takahashi, the Chief Chocolatier himself visits cacao producing countries around the world to control the quality of the cacao beans from cacao cultivation to harvesting, fermenting, and drying. Similar to how Japanese people "boil" rice to bring out the sweetness, cacao beans are roasted similar to "boiling" by the original steam roasting method to maximize the cacao flavor.3 days after roasting and completing the chocolate it is sold in stores to avoid oxidation, which is one of the biggest factors that can affect the chocolate's flavor. Received two crowns at the International Chocolate Awards (ICA) 2018, the world's highest chocolate fair. We send fresh chocolate to the world from the mountains in Ehime, Japan.
