The designer adopts the concept of the ocean, which is consistent with the attributes of the coastal city, and named "knowledge ocean". The installation art modeling is embedded, combined with the ocean theme. Space design uses industrial style, weatherproof steel throughout the space, the ceiling theme modeled as a big octopus, symbolizing the diversity of knowledge.
