Jinan city key area urban color design is an urban planning and design work. The designer team analyzed the characteristics of Jinan's history, culture and natural environment, studied its urban color characteristics, extracted the it‘s recommended urban color spectrum, and designed the urban color space and the architectural color image of the central axis combined with the characteristics of urban spatial structure. The designer team also formulated guidelines for building materials matching the recommended colors in combination with the recommended color spectrum of cities.

Guangzhou University & Guangzhou Hongyu Architectural Design Co., Ltd design combination is the project design unit, responsible for the planning, design and implementation guidance of the project. Jinan City Planning Bureau is the client of the project, responsible for the project approval and application management.
