The designers wanted to create a childlike kingdom of sunflowers. In the landscape, there is a big sculpture of the sunflower in the corner of the street, and a small sculpture of the sunflower near the entrance of the sales office. The designer wants to awake people's memories of childhood, and regain the power of pure warmth.

Gemdale was founded in early 1988, and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. The company first began operating in the field of real estate in 1993, and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2001 (stock code: 600383.SH). This made Gemdale one of the first listed real estate companies with nationwide business coverage across all of China.
