The project proposal involves a redevelopment of the former area in which the volume of the existing construction has been reused to create a residence complex following the concept of floating gardens. The building develops in height, completely freeing the lot from the built area and guarantees a new green courtyard. At various levels of the complex, green areas are created at high altitude which help to lighten the building volume. Besides that, the undertaking has as main features a new alignment of the main facade, the creation of visual convenience, living comfort and energy efficiency.

After dedicating years of studies and work to restorations of interiors in existing buildings, the attention of the architect has now moved to restoration of entire buildings, located especially in city centers. The focus on the context and the focus on rehabilitation of neighbors in the urban fabrique is now one of the main concerns of the design.
