Maintain first and second floors as a commercial space, turns the third floor into a residential space, which will used by the clients, their cat and future join family member. This project is altered from an office space that is a terrace house situated in the corner, and has no partition; bathroom or balcony. The designer starts with the flow of the space, and separate the public and private spaces properly. To rearrange the flow of the space, the direction of the door is altered. It’s not only hide the entrance of living area, but also gives the clients more private.
