This project is a collection of rings that are designed to highlight the interaction between wearer and jewelry. The moveable sphere inside the ring provides feedback to the wearer through natural movement in form of collision, vibration, and rotation. The nine rings are designed in different formats that can be worn in various ways.
I am a jewelry designer and artist from Shanghai, China. I received my B.F.A. degree from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA. Most of my works combine the 3D printing technology as well as the concept of interaction between wearer and jewelry.
I am a creative who uses technology to tell the beauty of modern fashion and traditional culture. By bringing empathy, thoughtfulness, and optimism to myself and others, I strive to connect the aesthetic aspect and the spiritual world with jewelry. Most of my works are made with 3d printing and digital fabrication to create jewelry works that forms complex geometry forms.
