Using wood as the main constructive element, the house displaces its two levels in section, generating a glazed roof to integrate with the context and allow natural light to enter. The double height space articulates that relationship between the ground floor, the upper floor and the landscape. A metal roof over the skylight flies, protecting it from the incidence of the western sun and formally rebuilding the volume, framing the vision of the natural environment. The program is articulated by locating public uses on the ground floor and private uses on the upper floor.

Argentinian-Italian citizen. In 1995 he graduated as an architect at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires. He was a founding partner of architecture studios (ACM, ARARQ.Ireland & Abelleyro + associates), working in Argentina, Spain and Ireland. In the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, he worked as Senior Project Designer and Project Manager in the Planning and Environment Secretariats. He was Undersecretary of the Architecture and Design Commission of the Central Society of Architects. He has obtained national and international architecture awards in Argentina, Spain, Ireland and Azerbaiyan. He is currently Undersecretary of Habitat and Design professor at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism.

The structuring of the office cross all these field , and is defined by the theoretical framework of these expertise, dialogue with the context of their insertion, critical analysis and self-criticism of ideas, knowledge of available technologies and resources, applied methodology, enriching multidisciplinary work and, fundamentally, ever seeking the good of the community.
