Joyster’s design and brand identity focuses on inspiring the user to live their healthiest lives. Human and lifestyle illustrations are seen throughout the app to incentivize users to participant in activities that help their overall well-being. The colors selected were intentionally picked for a wholesome, human, vibe. Lastly, Joyster is meant to be simple and effortless, so a clean and straight-forward aesthetic was also implemented.

Paula is an award-winning, full-stack senior product designer with over six years of experience working for startups and large companies like Amazon and Zillow. She excels at UI/UX, mobile, interaction, and responsive design, as well as branding and illustration. Paula is driven by the thrill and satisfaction of creating experiences that are not only beautiful but also functional, purposeful, and delightful.

Joyster is a mobile application launching in May 2020. The app allows individuals to understand their overall health by tracking their mental symptoms against their physical well-being and daily activities in 30 seconds. The app analyzes all data it has and outputs activities, foods, and personalized activities that are either making a positive or negative impact on one’s physical or mental well-being.
