#507: Did you delete my nominated design?
It is not possible for us to delete nominated designs, the system is designed in a way to not permit this operation, neither for support staff nor administrators to ensure the integrity of entries. Nominated designs could only be concealed, withdrawn or disqualified upon payment of Entry Withdrawal service. Non-nominated works can be removed by their designers or could be purged after a long timeout period if they are not being reported, but nominated works are immune to such purges. Given all these cases, it is impossible for us to delete your nominated designs. If you believe your work is deleted, make sure that you are (1) Logged-in ; you cannot access your designs if you are not logged-in, (2) Logged-in to the right account; sometimes participants make multiple accounts (even though this is against our regulations) and might login to the wrong account, make sure you are logged-in to the right account. (3) If you have, yourself deleted or removed your work, contact us with ID Number, we might try, but not obliged to, recover the work. There could also be a recovery fee involved. This is because, we had many past cases where participants get a low score, and delete their nominated works to get better results or refunds, but of course once the entry is deleted, it is immediately classified as disqualified, which concludes the judging procedure. To ensure your work is not disqualified, you should request recovery if you had deleted your design.
