#359: If I register but change my mind about submitting my work, am I still liable to pay fees?
If you register to the design competition, and later change your mind and not nominate or submit a work you are not liable for any payments, even if you upload your design, get a free preliminary score and later, not decide to nominate the work for example due to a low score or for any other reason, you do not need to pay any fees. In practice, registering even submitting a work does not put you in an obligation to submit or nominate a submitted work for award consideration.
