#185: Our company has processed payment only once for the entry X, but it is shown on the entry’s page that there are several approved transactions for this entry, and there are two different transaction tokens with the status [APPROVED] for this entry. Could you please investigate into this issue?
This issue could rarely happen when you click the submit (proceed) button twice at the last step of payment, however thanks to the intelligent banking and e-commerce platform, only a single payment is processed at a time. This implies that even though our own proprietary system registers the payments as multiple, in reality the payments are processed only once through the banks platform i.e. only the first amount is deducted from your credit card. When this kind of multiple entries happens, we usually compare and confirm our accounts using the e-commerce platform of our bank. Up to now, we have never seen that a transaction has ever been double-processed due to double-clicking. But in any case, we would suggest you to confirm it with your own bank just to be on the safe side, you can confirm yourself this easily by phone-banking as well from the monthly receipt of your credit card. Furthermore, please let us know by contacting us so that we could check it on our side as well.
