Exclusive Invitation Discounts

A' Design Award and Competition offers discounts to a very few designers or enterprises each year who were exclusively invited to join the competition. This page explains the two different types of discounts offered to the exclusively invited designers and companies.

Eligibility:
Please note that this is a public document, hosted for transparency reasons, therefore being able to view these pages, do not make you eligible for the discounts offered in this page. To be eligible for the discounts written on this page, you should be an invited designer or enterprise. Invited designers receive a special email of invitation. If you did not receive an email of invitation, you cannot benefit from the discounts mentioned in this page. If this is the case, you might wish to click here to check the regular fees.

Discounts to Exclusively Invited Participants
Exclusively invited designers, agencies and companies are provided three different discount options; firstly a discount for "Professional Entry" the amount of discount for this type of entry is 20%, secondly a discount for "Digital Entry" and the amount of discount for this entry is 40%, thirdly, the "Express Evaluation and Judging" service complimentary update will be provided for both type of offers.

40% Digital Nomination Entry Discounts:
Designers, companies, creative agencies and brands who are exclusively invited to take part can get 40 % discount on "digital nomination". Learn more about digital nomination . Please be reminded, this 40% discount is valid only for Digital Entry Method. To make use of this discount, simply buy a "Nomination Ticket" after calculating the fee for your account from the "Calculate Fees for Digital Entry Nomination" button below. There will be a "Purchase Now" button available at the end of calculation process. By taking part in the competition this way, you will make the payment for nomination now, but you do not need to upload design immediately as you will receive an entry ticket that you can use within 365 days to submit a design, thus you do not need to have a design ready to profit from this discount; you can simply buy the nomination ticket now and upload and nominate your project later, however the nomination ticket shall be purchased within 1 week of invitation. Express Evaluation and Judging Service
All invited participants, regardless of their entry type (Professional or Digital) will further be provided a complimentary Express Evaluation and Judging Service. Learn more about the Express Evaluation and Judging Service.

How to Use Nomination Tickets
Nomination tickets are used for waiving the processing fees during registrations. To learn more about them and how to use them please refer to this link. Please notice that other nomination packages are also available.

Exclusive invitations are never sent by computer software, they are always sent by one of our team members who have seen your designs while checking design blogs, news or social media. If you have received an exclusive invitation, it means that one of our team members have seen your design, liked it and suggest it for exclusive invitation. It is important to know that invitations are not sent by jury members but rather our community managers who liked your design and such being invited does not indicate that your design was liked by a jury member; it was liked by someone who has no effect in voting process. If you wish to have an opinion about how the jury would think of your design, you can make a submission by uploading your design. Submissions are free. Your submission will be evaluated by the preliminary jury who will check your design and provide feedback before nomination. Nominating designs to A' Design Award is not free and being invited does not guarantee winning the award or even the runner-up status, however as we sent invitations to a select few designers who are already doing exceptionally good, you might expect an award. This page is especially created for transperency issues and can be freely shared with others.

Misuse & Refunds
If you misuse the system, for example purchase a professional or other nomination ticket with 40% discount (only digital nomination tickets can be bought for 40% discount) we will either refund you 75% of the fees or ask you to pay for the difference, furthermore for example if your purchase discounted entry tickets without being invited, we will cancel and refund the 75% of payment as explained in our refunds policy.
