From the courtroom to the boardroom, we provide visual communication graphics and litigation technology support with accuracy, confidence, and compelling visual impact. LITIGATION SERVICES Electronic Exhibit Preparation Electronic exhibit preparation will include converting and preparing all digital data that will be retrieved and displayed during the trial, war room preparation, witness preparation, etc. The service includes the use of interactive presentation software and hardware, third-party software, and data management tools to ensure fast and easy retrieval, search and display. This service also provides demonstrative and video preparation, display methods, and supplemental presentation tools. Courtroom Design Courtroom design includes the evaluation, measuring and layout of the existing courtroom and the proposed design of the equipment needed for the trial presentation. This service requires an on-site visit to the courtroom as early as possible, preferably one month before the trial date. A design drawing will be provided at the end of the evaluation for customer approval. At that time, a tentative list of materials and proposed equipment will be provided. Courtroom Installation Courtroom installation includes installation and/or supervision of all related courtroom equipment including monitors, cabling, adapters, connectors, switchers, splitters and interfaces with the presentation system. The service also includes evaluation of the strategic location of equipment location to ensure an effective and efficient courtroom installation. Consideration will be taken for lines of sight for monitor location. The consultant will provide, or assist in the renting and/or purchasing of needed equipment and assist in contacting the local court officials to schedule set-up and tear down times and local compatibility (e.g., electrical and data requirements). Trial Support Consulting Service This is the support and service conducted throughout the trial. We provide assistance displaying electronic evidence, deposition video and demonstrative presentations. Each day at trial we manage and monitor the courtroom presentation system. Responding to real-time trial momentum, adjustments, modifications, and edits are made to exhibit presentations under attorney direction. The on-site consultants provide daily assistance preparing exhibits for trial presentation, including bar coding, video segment creation and the addition of new exhibits and graphics throughout the trial. Trial Presentation Consulting Trial presentation consulting includes consultation with attorneys and, if requested, their experts or witnesses regarding trial presentation techniques. Advice is provided on recent developments in trial technology, and how to use the latest in presentation software programs to ensure the most clear and convincing presentation and effective techniques. Develop an understanding of how the expert would like his/her work expressed and, suggest ways to illustrate their opinions effectively through the use of advanced courtroom presentation technology. Deposition Video, Animation, Graphic, and Video Production Support Working with your team and expert witnesses, our consultants provide and/or suggest the most efficient way to produce quality, professional video, animation, and demonstrative graphics for trial. We produce and/or work with your qualified vendors—ensuring trial exhibit compatibility and seamless courtroom presentations.
