With experience in both the financial and construction sectors, his practice focuses on transforming early-stage development potential into measurable value through design. He leads projects that integrate legal strategy, market logic, and architectural clarity. His work contributes to more efficient urban development by aligning feasibility, form, and financial return.
Design is the art of consequences. Every line drawn, every decision made, creates a ripple — economic, spatial, emotional. It’s not decoration. It’s cause and effect.
To me, design is reality management. It organizes the chaos of possibilities into a system of intent. It’s not just about how things look, but how they behave, how they impact people, how they move money, bodies, or silence. It’s strategy, with form.
Art, on the other hand, is a question with no demand for answer. It opens space instead of closing it. It’s where uselessness becomes powerful. It exists outside performance, and that’s its strength. Art is rebellion. Design is alignment.
Where art evokes, design directs. But both emerge from the same human need: to externalize thought, to materialize meaning. The difference lies in the contract. Design makes a promise — to function, to solve. Art is free from that burden.
My work lives in the crack between these two forces. I’m an architect working with the real estate market. I translate vague dreams into buildable volumes, but I also embed tension, poetry, sometimes irony. Because buildings are too expensive to be stupid, and too permanent to be boring.
In my practice, design is performance-driven, but informed by art’s capacity to slow time and provoke doubt. My projects are shaped by legislation, market logic, and zoning rules — and yet, they try to say something. Even if quietly.
So my motto is simple:
Design is when intention becomes infrastructure.
And art is what reminds us that not everything needs to be built.
