He has long been dedicated to the architectural design of urban public spaces and community centers, excelling in responding to urban social needs through spatial reconstruction and promoting the organic renewal of old communities and industrial areas. In recent years, his designed works have been implemented in multiple regions across the country, becoming iconic public architectural cases locally. He has won numerous domestic and international authoritative awards, including the American Muse Design Award, American Good Design Award, as well as the Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Engineering Design Award and Nanjing Municipal Excellent Engineering Design Award in China. Some projects have become models of regional urban renewal and community building, demonstrating the architect's positive role in social governance and spatial quality improvement.
Design Philosophy: Architectural design, on the one hand, involves issues related to factual judgments such as technology, usage, construction, and budget. On the other hand, it involves issues related to value judgments such as human thoughts, emotions, philosophy, and aesthetics. For the former issues, there are right and wrong answers, while for the latter ones, there is no standard answer. A good building should not only be a correct building but also a building that touches people's hearts.
