About Hiromi Nishijima : I built the business in garment industry and had been working a freelance designer while running several businesses for my family. After my children became independent I started my project, inventing a new educational toy and method "f-pzl" now called AyaCraft.I studied color theory, chemistry, and science and my inspiration have been developed from children and my own mother to have them have a joy of createing together. I am a licensed school teacher and my background as a designer and family relationship had directly affected my invention. The most important thing in design is to be original. It is very difficult to create something that has never been seen anywhere before, but we must not copy anyone else. It is also important to keep the same quality in the case of industrially produced designs, as well as a price that many people can afford. ORGANIZATION: f-pzl Inc.
